today Im down w/ flu and throat infection so Im here in the good old tempur bed getting some supposedly "shut eye" but hey a blogger gotta do her Homeworks right?
The previous week was non stop, I must get this and that, because I need to week. Hah! my excuses are friggin adorable I know. Gossip girl overload was my drama! I so so adore Blair and so I wanted to be Blair! I got jeniffer bher headbands, ferragamo, and red coats ofcourse! and then suddenly I felt so Serena when I got all colors of Maxi dresses and nude booties hahaha! Im bored I know! So pls let me share the following items that made me feel so Blair and Serena, now all I need is Nate!!!

Gift Boot

Hi! just wanted to share hubby's gift, well actually he knew I have been wanting a pair of tall,black,classic-riding boots, since my hermes kelly riding boots is no where to be found at the moment. Well I actually need a low maintenance non-baby-ing, price friendly boots, so thanks to the boot's god above they sent me one thru Franco Sarto.. amen. Well the brand I mentioned is an Italian brand, they have it In Zappos and here in Manila as well, and oh boy they are comfy just like chloe and ferragamo. Again, screw the warm weather here in Manila, my boots rock!!! thanks hun!

Booty Call

Ever wondered why wearing boots in Manila is just so awkward? Well, for one the weather says no, no, no, too warm, and second we Filipinos really find it weird.
But not for me hahahah! finding the right pair and outfit makes wearing boots acceptable.
Like a simple loose white top w/leggings or skinny jeans can give you that casual stylish chic look, matched w/ either a brown or black flat boots. Screw the weather I'm feelin the booty call hahah! as long as you are not over dressed while wearing a nice pair of boots it will look stylish no matter what.

I love them w/ all my heart! I have a few more Lv's but I do not get to use them that often since, the mommy in me would always scream for a kiddo proof purse!

So As promised I will reveal my all time favorite Louis Vuitton Bags, ofcourse LV is my first love so I guess this brand is the root of my spending problem, that enabled me to become the purse addict that I am now( blame it on the brand yeah right!) anyhooo, yes, yes, you can never have enough Louis Vuittons right? classic or trendy pieces they are the ultimate eye candy to every purse lovers, and can I just mention that LV has remained the one and only bag retailer that has never gone on SALE! yup! you heard that right. Hermes recently went on a private sale at Paris, it was a private sale that not much knew about... sorry ladies no birkins and kelly's went on sale but point is Hermes still went on sale. So fess up gals here ya go.. first up is a group picture of my most abused LV bags.. yes they are classic pieces every mommy should own. Let me start w/ my personalized speedy 30 up front I ordered it early this year.. since the local store knew how impatient I am and being a good, loyal client my SA managed to have this done in 6 weeks time! being the iconic and essential bag of LV yes for me it is a requirement to have one speedy either the classic one or the personalized version.
Next up is the Suhali Lockit pm this darling was a mothers day gift from daddy. She turned one early this year. According to one of my SA's suhali was created to match up the birkin! yes they are rival bags of the birkins, so if you cannot afford a birkin yet, better get a suhali hehehe!
Another favorite darling of mine is the Ruby red Alma! again a gift from daddy last father's day, an Alma is such a classic feminine iconic bag as well again it is a musthave! I have used this baby to spice up any boring outfit. Works every time!!!
Oh and talk about the ultimate mommy all weather bag.. The trevi pm! this baby is my all time favorite Damier bag from LV. So chic and elegant!
and Lastly MY HOLY GRAIL- THE MAHINA L in noir.. oh this baby has come a long way, the ultimate jet setting purse among my darlings. Up to date she still looks DIVINE and Brand new!

Belts, belts, belts... My fave Hermes belt!

I use to hate wearing any type of belts... why? well I find it uncomfortable because it hits my hip bone at times and simply because there was no need back then... that's all. When I started working again I had to hoard lots of accessories, well that is to change boring and too plain looking dresses, jeans,.. etc.. So what's girl gotta do? Get a Killer belt to spice it all up!! ofcourse that would be the "mother classic-ness" of all belts.. An Hermes belt, an H belt! I got this baby few months back, ordered it through their online boutique. It was then shipped to my aunt in NY then my aunt shipped it here via jhonny air, over all I scored almost php 32,000 for this baby. But to justify that she is worth every penny.. peso I mean. I got the black/red reversible belt kit w/ shiny gold H buckle. It simply makes any outfit look chic, one of a kind, classic and expensive, its the cherry topper of any plain/boring outfit, mine has scratches all over already but over all she still looks divine!

The Ultimate GO-Yard mommy bag

I have been abusing my Chanel's for the last two months. Although my jumbo in caviar has served its purpose for being the "tough-ie" chanel bag still it did not do justice serving the mommy needs I require. I was out most the day and had no driver for this week, I brought my jumbo caviar because I needed the space, well it was ok but the double straps kept bugging me as they kept twisting each time I put it down and get it out when I move out my car.. and it got quite heavy after hours of walking... My LV totes were heavy as well like the Mahina, and the trevi. So what's left to do? Get a supper light tote that is ultra light and dirt proof, so that spells GOYARD st. louis!
Ive been crazy over this tote for the longest time, but w/ the bright blue color that will go w/ my soccer mom type outfit. I used it today I was amazed of light and comfy it was, no zippers so things are easy to get in and out. It's simple, just a tote but an amazingly classic tote that will delight every stylish mom, thanks for letting me share!!!

Here ya go, these are the babies that keeps up w/ me for the past 3 months... I need another baby to go w/ them so they can have their beauty rest... they are the most active in my Chanel collection so far well I cannot say collection actually since Im not planning to collect.. I just need to buy what I need, the one I can use practically w/o baby-ing it. Ladies, NEVER BE A SLAVE OF YOUR BAGS. I learned that from a fella purse addict, makes sense come to think of it right? how the hell do you enjoy your bag if you are a slave of it so Im trying so hard to live u to that!! cheers to purse addicts!

Chanel phase

My love for this brand started way back in 2003, well... Ms Nicole Richie and the Olsen twins is to blame. I adore my vintage Chanel in Navy Lamb Gold hardware, its just a medium so not much stuff fit in it, I love it because its classic!!!! it goes well w/ my casual mommy look, it serves its purpose as my lethal weapon/cherry topper for any look. Next to my ms. vintage is my current fave Ms. Jumbo Caviar in Silver Hardware, a friend bought it for me in hongkong, ms purse-nality of the purse forum hand carried this baby all the way from the airport till here in Manila, so she's quite memorable, Mia also a dear friend from Hongkong also helped me track her down. All my bags has their story to tell, each one unique and special. As of the moment Im in my "Chanel Phase" why? for the glory of style and comfort ofcourse!!! they are quite small compared to my LV's and what every mommy needs... A HANDS FREE BAG!!! currently Im on my quest for my mini in caviar but in the perfect blue.. Oh did I mention that Im an all time sucker for BLUE!!! hahah...all my friends are aware of that. Blue and white make up my entire closet. But believe it or not I still do not own any cute blue bag, I saw my perfect blue bag at the purse forum already! So Im actually itching to have it!! oh the agony of waiting is terrible!!! I need a cute crossbody bag and that equals to a chanel mini. I want to do a reveal of my all time fave bags from LV soon so stay tuned its gonna be good.

Getting fit for the perfect fit?

It has always been a struggle for me finding the perfect pair of jeans.. Gap has always been my brand for jeans Im forever a size zero. But then there is no such thing as perfect right?
My undying love and quest for a good fitting pair of denims never ends.. I recently bought 3 pairs of jeans from gap. All size zero, yeah they fit well at first but at the end of the day they loose their snug fitting form.. hmmmmm I swear I want a snug fitting jean that last's the whole day! weird as it may seem I hate the stretchy kind.. yup they don't feel right for me. I just want the regular ones... very weird and none sense dilemma for some but hey big deal for a mom like me. Also Im trying so hard to get physically fit again.. go back to swimming maybe? I eat right.. allot actually! maybe not enough but at least it serves its purpose heheh! Im a junkie gal. Anything Junk I love to eat!!! So maybe I really have to be "fit" as well to have that so called "perfect jeans", and that may mean not being underweight.. I stand 5'8 and I weigh around 116 lbs or so, I guess more workout will end my quest for finding my perfect jeans.

Shoe time, show time.

Its been all about shoes for me these previous months... hmmmm needed for work is the ultimate excuse? I adore flats for so many reasons, standing at 5'8 I guess I don't need heels that much. Flats goes a long way... from shorts to jeans I just love them they look so decent and neat in any attire. Would like to share my recent shoe family, by the way I hoard at times mainly because Im a size 9 or 10... another excuse to get away w/ shoe shopping since local brands here in Manila rarely produce big sizes.

Dressing up w/ ease... classic style...

Dressing up has been a challenge these days, since I started working again I had to combine corporate look and casual dressing at the same time. In as much as I want to "dress up to the max" i can't since I still attend to mommy duties before I go to work... hmmmmm oh I forgot to mention that I work as Vice president for marketing at the advertising agency my family owns. That's right advertising agency. So that requires dressing up nicely, I prioritize comfort ofcourse.. I love jeans, jeans and jeans.. w/ a white or black shirt and my cherry topper.. I throw on boyfriend jacket or a knit top from tyler. And when it comes to shoes, Thank God for Stella Luna's!!!! their flats are amazing! and the heels??? sinful.... tsk, tsk, and being a big time purse addict I have to rotate my beloved bags on a regular basis, from LV, Chanel, and Balenciaga... these are the brands that gives me sleepless nights w/ additional spending problem season after season!!
